Loyal Loop is a digital loyalty and rewards platform for local businesses. The platform helps businesses create digital stamp cards, manage customer rewards, scan QR codes, look up customers by phone number, track loyalty activity, and offer wallet-ready loyalty cards.

Loyal Loop does not sell vape, tobacco, nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, or other age-restricted products. The Services are for loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, and business management only.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement with Loyal Loop and comply with these Terms.

If you use Loyal Loop on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

For rewards programs connected to age-restricted businesses, users may be required to confirm that they meet the applicable legal age requirement.

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Businesses using Loyal Loop are responsible for:

• Setting accurate reward rules
• Honoring rewards offered through their programs
• Training staff on proper use
• Managing staff access
• Complying with applicable laws
• Communicating reward restrictions or expiration rules
• Handling customer disputes related to their own rewards programs

Loyal Loop provides the technology platform but is not responsible for a participating business's failure to honor a reward.

Rewards, stamps, points, discounts, or offers are created and managed by participating businesses.

Unless otherwise stated, rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

Businesses may set terms, restrictions, expiration rules, or eligibility requirements for rewards. Customers should contact the participating business with questions about a specific reward.

Business staff may use Loyal Loop to scan customer cards, search customers, add stamps, redeem rewards, and manage loyalty activity.

Staff users agree not to misuse the platform, create fake loyalty activity, improperly access customer information, or redeem rewards without authorization.

Loyal Loop may support Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or similar wallet-ready loyalty passes through third-party providers.

Wallet pass availability may depend on device compatibility, third-party provider availability, certificates, business settings, and technical limitations.

Loyal Loop does not guarantee that wallet passes will always update instantly or be available on every device.

By providing a phone number or email, users may receive service-related communications such as signup confirmations, loyalty card links, reward updates, staff invitations, password resets, or account notifications.

Promotional communications may require opt-in consent where required by law. Users can opt out of promotional communications using available unsubscribe or opt-out methods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to access accounts or data without permission
• Upload malicious code
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Use the platform to sell restricted or illegal products
• Create fake customers, fake stamps, or fraudulent rewards activity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate privacy, consumer protection, or marketing laws

Some Loyal Loop features may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and subscription details will be disclosed at signup or in the business dashboard.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Loyal Loop may change pricing with notice where required.

If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.

Loyal Loop, including its name, logo, software, design, content, features, and platform technology, is owned by Loyal Loop or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on Loyal Loop without permission.

Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, and content they upload, but grant Loyal Loop permission to use that content to provide the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools such as hosting providers, databases, authentication providers, email providers, SMS providers, payment processors, analytics services, and wallet pass providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their privacy and security practices.

We aim to keep Loyal Loop reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, or technical issues.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyal Loop disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyal Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loyal Loop from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, your rewards program, or your violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay required fees, misused the platform, or used the Services unlawfully.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Business customers may request account cancellation by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
